Most businesses are required to register under Shop & Establishment Act. Each state has framed its own rules and regulations related to Shop & Establishment Act as it is covered under the State legislation.

Documents required for registration

Every state has its own set of rules when it comes to registering an entity under Shop & Establishment Act. One must check with the Labour Department of the particular State to know more. Businesses covered under the Act must apply for registration within 30 days of commencement of business.
