LLP Registration

Limited Liability Partnership is a hybrid between a company and a partnership firm. A partnership firm involves unlimited liability and a company involves a limited liability. Limited Liability Partnership enables the partners to keep their liabilities to limit which means no taking over of the personal assets in case of insolvency. LLP is a legal entity which is registered under LLP Act 2009 .

Telephone Bill or Bank Statement not older than 3 months

REGISTERED OFFICE PROOF

No Objection Certificate from the Landlord as per the name mentioned in the Gas Bill or Electricity Bill or Property Tax Receipt or Water Bill or Sale Deed to use the premises as its Registered Office.
Documentary proof of any utility service like gas, electricity, telephone, etc. clearly depicting the address of the premises in the name of the owner or document (not older than two months).
